Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside of our control. If your tracking information shows a problem with your delivery, please contact the carrier and contact us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
